Aranis' next project seems like a strange mix, Aranis playing new arrangements of Nirvana music. They are crowd funding the disc.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
MMMMhhhh!!!!... methinks they shouldn't limit themselves to Nirvana.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.
Are you in, Ian?
Since I only know one Nirvana song, I really don't know. Sounds like an interesting idea I guess.
Man. That's the kind of title, where if you slip up, it could be quite embarrassing.
I will contribute despite being soso on the concept, I hope they put a sample up, I hate Nirvana but this could be interesting. I have friends in the band so that goes ahead of the material. Personally I'm hoping they'll revisit Songs From Mirage with the choir as I liked that a lot and I think it's about time for some more original material as this will be their third in a row using other peoples material as a base.

This Nirvana, right?
The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off
I love Aranis, but I will wait to purchase this only if reviews are good. I really don't like Nirvana's music. I too wonder if this is a put-on or a piss-take.

When does the next album drop from Aranis?
Small episode from the last year's concert of members of Aranis, Cro Magnon and some other musicians. Very melodic and poweful. Obviously inspired by Magma.

I knew they'd done something with Cro Maégnon, but hadn't heard anything from it.
where was this taking place and did they do more than one concert...

They cooperate together occasionally but this was the only collaboration that I witnessed. The concert took place in Antwerp last summer. It was a one off with the audience of around 50 people. I really enjoyed the music there! Having asked Joris Vanvinckenroye if he's going to issue this music learned from him that this would be an investment that would never pay off.
Oddly enough, recently I've been listening to 'In Utero' by Nirvana, and noticed how powerfull the songs are.
Aranis doing Nirvana is an interesting idea. as it seems now, they'd better expose some material of that project, so one could listen and make a decision.

Guys, it's a shame that for the 3 months they have managed to collect only a thousand Euros. Please let us support them - it's a great band!
BTW, new clip has just came out. Maybe it will help you to decide to donate something.
