NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF STUPID PEOPLE IN LARGE GROUPS!
I got fairly lucky early on.... than I guess there was a huge draught that lasted for decades
All The World's a Stage >> I'm the nutcase yelling and cheering on you right-handed lower speaker
Made In Europe back for the Easter holiday and I was in Paris and chanced (remember I was barely 12) on some tickets via my older cousin (who went with me)
Maybe Yesshows... I saw them, but I'm not sure which shows and tracks were selected.
Isildur's Bane's live album at Spirit of 66 in Verviers - not sure which tracks, though
also:
Present - Barbaro DVD (From RIO festival + Wurzburg bonus)
Gong / Steve Hillage / Acid mothers gong etc - live unconvention DVD
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.
I had suggested excluding festivals since so many of us have been at multiple Nearfest etc. shows that have been released (for me, Strawbs, Hidria Spacefolk, Hackett, Glass Hammer, Nathan Mahl, proabaly more plus the multiple-band Nearfest DVD from the year Kenso et als played).
I was at several shows from the Live Phish CD series.
Also, I saw a Robert Fripp Soundscapes and Q&A in Chicago in 1998 and King Crimson in 2000, that are both available as downloads from DGMLive.

Pink Floyd -Pulse DVD - the camera boom was right over my head.
Steve Hackett - Live at the Royal Albert Hall
There may be others that I cant recall right now...
Projekct Two - Somerville Theater
BLUE - Blue Nights (partially)
Are we talking about shows that the actual live recording took place, or are we talking about shows that were a part of a tour from which a live recording was made? There is no way in Hades some of these people could have been at that many shows that were from the actual recordings. I have only one that I know of that I was actually "there" when it was recorded. That was Todd Rundgren's Utopia Live at the Fox Theater 1973. Utopia Theme was recorded there, and some of the other songs were also released in the last few years. Unfortuantely, they have not released The Ikon from that concert.
I had to leave about 3/4 of the way through it.
I can also say without a doubt that my voice is on the Utopia theme yelling "yayuh" (not very loudly) during the sequencer part shortly before the vocal.
The only other show I was at that MIGHT have one track on a live album was at the Omnin during the Brain Salad Surgery Tour. I defer to more knowledegable ELP fans on that one.
The FZ Swaggart announcement on Make A Jazz Noise's Stinkfoot came from the show that I attended in 1988.
But he did not consummate the act!
Hmmm...
Camel Rajaz tour 2000 at the Troubadour (a few tracks on Footage 2).
Dixie Dregs at the Roxy 1999 (Came out as California Screamin'). Though I was not there the night Dweezil showed up.
King Crimson at LA's HoB 2000. I know it is just a DGM download but I still think it should count!
I'm sure there are a few more...
4 tracks from Radiohead's I Might Be Wrong (Oxford, South Park, 2001).
I'm at the Shepherd's Bush Empire for KC's DVD from 2000.
And those last tracks on Porcupine Tree's Octane Twisted that were at the Albert Hall in 2010.
