    Because of his years spent with The Warriors, I'm pretty sure that by 1969 Jon was better known in Germany than in the UK!

    Absolutely. All virtuosos, reminds you how good Tony and Peter were too. The music was dated some, but they were all so far ahead of their time musically and as performers. Just watch Chris and Bill!

    Yeah, the other day I was pondering (yet again) why Yes didn't get steered either in the same direction as so many other British bands of 1969, either down the singer-songwriter path or -- more likely -- down the blues rock path. The answer I kept coming back to was the take-no-prisoners rhythm section of Chris and Bill. Neither model would have been able to contain them!
    I'm holding out for the Wilson-mixed 5.1 super-duper walletbuster special anniversary extra adjectives edition.
