Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
    Elton John - Blue Moves
    Chicago - VII
    Miles Davis - Bitches Brew

I know he is Prog and I am cheating because the second disk is part of the special edition , but I haven't been able to put down Peter Gabriel's New Blood. It's been called boring by more than a few, but it's on heavy rotation for me.

Probably listened to Blue Moves the most out of this group.

I’m shocked, even a bit appalled, that it hasn’t been mentioned yet.

??? that wasn't a double, well not as originally released anyway.

For me it's The Allman Brothers Live at the Fillmore with Chicago Transit Authority a close second.

Good to remind us of that, but I refered to the fact that in 2002 EMI released a 2CD set of the Concerto for Group and Orchestra, featuring the entire program of music played that night, not just the "Concerto". Interesting to note that it's just the reverse direction of that aforementioned Keith Jarrett release (a single CD).
Btw, it is indeed better not to consider just double LP releases, let us not create rules farther than what specified by the OP please.

    My mistake:

"La Leyenda del Tiempo" was released as a single LP; I was thinking about the 35 aniversario cd+dvd version, so, I will go with:

Stephen Stills & Manassas - Manassas
