The entire album induces the release of endorphins throughout my being resulting in a feeling of euphoria and bliss. Ask your doctor if Tarkus is right for you.

Tarkus is one of the most beloved albums for me. I wrote a review of it: https://pienemmatpurot.com/review-em...r-tarkus-1971/

One of the few albums where an underwhelming side 2 is almost irrelevant.

Thing for me is that it really is not underwhelming for me. Lucky me I guess.

I've always been fine with side 2. I even like "Are You Ready Eddy?". The version sung by Rick Livingstone (formerly with The Best), from the Keith Emerson tribute concert bluray, was also fun.

Tarkus and 2112 are similar in the use of a spectacular epic on side one, and lesser impressive short songs on side 2, including a fun cut.
