I've been looking for years, and I know I'm not crazy because my sister remembers the song, too. She plugged it into one of those obscure song helping sites she belongs to on Facebook and got nothing.
It was from the early-to-mid-80s, new wave. I most remember it around 1983/4 in the mornings getting ready for school. It was a female singer, maybe sounded a little like Dale Bozzio, but it wasn't Missing Persons.
The lyrics of the chorus are:
Screwed. Again and Again. We're getting S-C-R-E-W-E-Dee-eed, the women and the me-en.
(though she drags it out a little, like "Scrooo-ooo-oooo-oooo-ooooo-ed")
