Sadly, I recall about 15 yrs ago that was the ruling the military had for one of their own who was found stabbed at I believe a US base. Can't remember all the details but people were rightfully outraged.

Was there a history of violence between Pistorius and his wife? I just don't know if there was or not.

Im sure they will get to the heart of the matter and find out if he's guilty of the crime... Shes obviously a victim of love but I can't tell you why.

RANDY MEISNER PLACED ON PSYCH HOLD AFTER WIFE'S DEATH

Former Eagles bassist Randy Meisner has been placed on a 72-hour psych hold after threatening to kill himself in the wake of his wife's violent death.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Randy was "distraught and unstable" as he made his suicide threats. The singer's history with substance abuse, along with his threats, were enough for cops to get the psych hold.

Our sources say the shooting was accidental on Lana's part ... that she went rooting around her closet to get a pair of shoes and in the process moved the rifle bag and something inside the bag activated the trigger.

It's really very sad when an innocent person dies under weird circumstances and I'm sure even us comedians are aware of all that. We will all get our turn and we will all have something written on our death certificates, choked on a bone.... Slipped in the tub, Whatever, and hopefully we will still be able to laugh a little on the other side.
