So I'm watching Jimmy Fallon and this musical guest comes on and gets my undivided attention within 8 bars tops. Anybody know anything about her? Certainly qualifies as techno-prog at the very least imo. May even buy her album.

There was discussion on her on the old board. She’s best known for her guest verse on major 2012 hit “Somebody That I Used to Know” by Gotye but she’s worth checking out in her own right. What I’ve heard of her new album, Vows, has been first rate. She’s the real deal!
Oh, and she’s from New Zealand (Hamilton, to be precise), not Australia.
