Wow, thanks, everyone! I appreciate your greetings. I am currently living in Reno, Nevada but hoping to head back to Alaska this summer. I have some health issues now in my "old age" but hanging in there. I will definitely pop in here from time to time.

At one of the NearFests, I remember walking out of the lobby into a crowd. There was this big, scrawny, raw-boned, biker/blue-collar-guy ranting and holding forth about something or other, and he was twitching and gesticulating and motorvating back-and-forth as he carried on. And I thought, "That's got to be Supp" (who I had never seen or even seen a picture of). And sure enough, it was. The last I heard of him - which was about ten years ago - he had gotten off the drugs and the booze, but gotten onto some extreme, high-anger, high-resentment politics and religion. Alex DeWolf, from whom I heard about that, had unfriended him on Facebook after he started calling Pres. Obama "Obammy" and saying other similar rude racist stuff.
I can believe that, from what I saw of him. And, that he was serious at the moment. Although I also wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even remember doing so, after he sobered up or came down off the tweek.
Has anyone heard from Phlakaton? I don't think I've seen anything from him in quite a few months. Hope he's okay.

I was just wondering about The Loony. He does post sporadically but yeah, it's been a while. His situation seems tenuous but you can say about most of us these days.
