Damn right!
It's 1970 and there's no "what is prog?" alleged "debate" to quarrel over. Neil Diamond, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Andy Williams, Peter Paul & Mary or Tommy Dorsey aren't at the Bath festival, so these are considered "alternative" artists - i.e. so-called progressive or contemporary or currently creative or whatever. Zappa/Mothers, It's a Beautiful Day, Fairport, Dr. John, Airplane, Santana, Colosseum - these names *WERE* still cutting edge back then. And, importantly, they had an actual audience to boost them in compliance with the order of the youth culture of the day.
