Is this based on sales, votes, reviewer ratings, or what?

Also, "Dear" would be kind of appropriate in the title of the Riverside album, but it's actually "Fear".

    I think it's based on "collaborator's" opinions.

Fixed the title. The Collabs were asked to give their top 20 and that was the final 10.

    I see, thanks.

All I can say is, this Anekdoten album must be good! Maybe I should investigate.

It's only in a billboard thread so not very "visible" but it was funny for us to come in #3 in the "popular vote" and #43 in the "electoral college". Never saw that coming!

Voted for the same three and Anekdoten too...

What you guys must know is that the counting goes 20pts for &1st place, 19 for 2nd and 1pt for 20th...
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

It should be on a logarithmic scale.

After winning the popular vote twice the Democrats and American people never thought the electoral college would put George Bush in office twice. As Bubba Gump said, shit happens.

Why "must" it be good? Because someone happened to place it above some other title that you yourself actually have heard and appreciated? Like, say, Steven Wilson?

I kind of wanted a bigger point difference for the first few albums selected... like 30pts for 1st, 24 for 2nd, 20 for 3rd, 17 for 4th and 15th for 5th or something similar
