    2016 List of Confirmed Releases

Inspired by a recent thread, let's get a list of 2016 confirmed releases going.

    I only have 2 rules...

    1. The release must be confirmed, not speculated. You don't necessarily have to have a release date.

    2. Please don't post every upcoming confirmed release ever from Bandcamp that will likely have little to no interest to most of the readers here (we have another thread for that). You know who you are.

    I'll start with Steven Wilson - 4 1/2, out January 22.
    WANTED: Sig-worthy quote.

    Tortoise- The Catastrophist, January 22

  3. #3
Tiles - Pretending To Run (March 4th 2016/Laser's Edge)

3rd TEE album, "Tales of Eternal Entities", to be released in April 2016 on the Musea Records. There's a separate thread for this, I just got the info from there.

New Tortoise is out; I received mine in the mail yesterday.

New Motorpsycho "Here Be Monsters" is due next month. A re-issue of their OOP "Child of the Future" is also due very soon, possibly already out in Europe.

Elephant9's "Silver Mountain" apparently came out in Europe way back in September but still hasn't shown up in North America. Ditto for the latest Jono el Grande.

    I give up, you win.

You forgot Big Big Train and Marillion, bitch!

I keed, I keed, but really - did you copy that from somewhere? Doing it off the top of your head is the way a real man plays this game of skill.

Not sure this you can really call this a supergroup, but I've preordered and am looking forward to it.

Good luck with that, he's got a reputation for completely ignoring these types of pleas in the past on that other site and taking a perverse pleasure of carpet bombing threads into unreadability.

Btw, I don't think a release can be considered confirmed if the release date is undefined.
