    Thanks Frankie! After taking about two months off from listening to anything resembling RIO, I just played Western Culture and man - what an album! It's only flaw is it's just too short. It was such an honor to chat with Chris and Bob Drake last Spring and this conversation about "Beginning" (my favorite Cow piece) was a highlight.

    Beginning's a really trippy piece by HC and the guided improvisation technique is as simple as it is ingenious; together with Eno’s oblique strategies, it should cure any “writer’s block”. Thanks for the interview!
