PE compilation album from a few years back...

Hey, does anyone remember the fundraiser/tribute album that PE members put together a while back...maybe 10 years or so ago? It was a 3 disc set, and PE member in10city kind of spearheaded it...to raise funds for a member with a family member with big medical bills? I had a copy of it somewhere, but for the life of me can't find it now. I was wondering if anyone had a track listing, and either a scan of the cover or a link to a picture of the cover? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
