Sure doesn't look licensed or official or whatever passes for either of those qualifications these days, but it might be?
Anyone know anything about it?

I saw the tour. It was great.
I'll end up picking this up if it's legit.
So I guess unofficial is the word, then. Amazon's selling of quasi- to outright bootlegs is frustrating.

Probably from Riverport Ampitheatre, St. Louis, MO on 10/11/1995. And legit or not (mostly likely not) I'll pass. It's very incomplete (should be a 2 CD set)...only contains 1/2 of the show, skipping most of Bowie's set. It's even missing the title track "We Prick You". Also missing is an amazing version of "Hurt".
