I'm with you, Ian, on your tier list. Although I've had some good stuff at Sam Adams, I can't say I've had anything good at or by Harpoon. I had their IPA at the brewery. Either their lines were dirty or the beer had gone bad; and I told them so. No real response. Their cider is hideous.

As a second tier brewery, Bone Up is quite good, and they are just down the street from me (well, maybe a mile if I go the back way).
