Must be good...
It's a favorite of mine; there aren't too many dubbels from Belgium I enjoy more. Also one of the greatest labels ever.

Happy with what I have to be happy with.
Pilsner from Pigeon Head brewery in Reno Nevada. Comes in 16 oz cans. No idea what the distribution is. If you like a good pilsner made with malt and hops imported from Germany, this is one. I like it.
We're trying to build a monument to show that we were here
It won't be visible through the air
And there won't be any shade to cool the monument to prove that we were here. - Gene Parsons, 1973
An interesting list of the best brewery in every state, done by Yelp using their own metrics. What makes it interesting is that most are small breweries that I haven't even heard of, which is where much of the magic is being made these days. (Yes, the Massachusetts selection is ridiculous.) Anyway, some of these might be worth visiting if you are in the area and haven't checked them out. Breweries are linked.

MA is ridiculous.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

I just bought 48 bottles of Viven Imperial IPA

They were slightly over date, so I got them at half the price. They are 8% so it doesnt matter.

Interesting, Ore Dock is listed as the best in Michigan, but I have never heard of it. The brewery is in Marquette Michigan which is in the U.P. so probably a 6 to 7 hour drive from where I live (Michigan is a huge state), but I have never seen it around my neck of the woods.
The criteria of this contest give the superficial parameter of percentage of ownership by a big producer. But Sam Adams is one of the biggest producers in the US and Boston Lager is everywhere. Personally it’s the worst lager I have ever drank.

I read that Tree House is buying the Tewksbury Country Club so that they can run a brewery there.
I haven't been to any of their locations yet. Hell, I've only been to Trillium twice and they're already on their second location in my town. Not much of a beer snob, I guess.
I remember in the late 80s/early 90s when SABL was far and away the best non-import option we had here in the flyovers. I drank tons of it. Haven't had one for ages, though.

Happy with what I have to be happy with.
Got twelve pack of four different IPAs. This one has hemp seed used in the process. Good and complex:
^ When I saw that label, I thought "Nothing like kicking back with a cold one and what's left of some dead guy's head in your lap."
