Their Centennial IPA is probably my favorite IPA from a larger brewery.

If you can find it try their "Double Trouble" or "Redanculous" IPA's. Both are amazing and even better than "Centenial" IMO.

They are both Double IPA's, so yea more hopppy and higher alcohol content. Double Trouble is basically Founders counter to Bell's Hopslam if you have ever had it. Not quite the same level, but close IMO. Redanculous is fairly new and just came out earlier this year. It is a Red Double IPA and is amazing IMO.

For balance, flavor, and overall "drinkability" I have yet to find an IPA that surpasses Bell's Two-Hearted.
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

Having a Trillium galaxy dry hopped Fort Point Pale Ale on a very steamy deck. This brewery is flat out superb, I'd put them up against anyone. Yes even Bells 2 Hearted (which I adore)

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

As I have mentioned before, since I live in Kalamazoo, I take Two Hearted a bit for granted since it is so available here, and I literally drink it all the time, but I agree it is a great IPA.

I sampled the Clown Shoes Galactia IPA tonight, very delicious as described in that menu I posted.

I liked it a lot, and I think the description is good. For my taste, it's better than the Perpetual, but I like the citrus edge.

The Stone/Dogfish/Victory Saison is likely my favorite of that style.

No photo to share, but visiting Flagstaff for a day at Lowell Observatory, took the family to dinner at Satchmo's for some cajun, they served Historic Undercover Cucumber Lager on tap there. Paired well with the jambalaya, nice little change of pace from my usual stouts-n-porters diet...

    From their web site:

    UNDERCOVER CUCUMBER

    Summertime Lager

It’s that time of the year again, you know, when you want to kick back with a gorgeous and refreshing summertime lager… with some god damned cucumbers over your eyes. That’s right. There is always time for beautification, right? No need to be embarrassed about a little cucumber, basil and orange peel in your beer. It will be okay. Why? Because this beer is freakin’ delicious AND just as refreshing as a day at the spa. Say hello to the oncoming summertime and enjoy the Undercover Cucumber.

A question for those of you who are on the Untappd app: Do you only check in your brews drank on tap, or do you also do the same for bottled & canned beer? I've only been rating beers that have been drank at brewerys & taverns (as well as growlers purchased at same.) Just curious.

I generally rate everything I drink in pubs and also add stuff at home if its the first time I'm drinking it.

Really love this one. Pine needles, maple syrup and grapefruit are the most noticeable flavours. Quite floral and bitter finish, but not overwhelmingly so.
