Actually his real name was not Dweezil but Ian Donald Calvin Euclid Zappa. His parents wanted to name him Dweezil but the hospital wouldn't let them. When Dweezil was 5, he found out his real name and had his parents go to court to officially change it to Dweezil. This according to the Real Frank Zappa Book.
