Party moved to January, which is good as it leads to more ribbing. Pictures are a must, Iím thinking of life-sized cardboard cutouts are their presents for next year!

Like most sports, itís a chess match. Bigger better equipment means the goalies are always down. Scoring drops until they figure out how to beat the new defenses. Iím good with the Michigans being one of the new scoring tools.

Watched the Isles get destroyed by PIT on Wednesday, 7-0. Definitely a top candidate for the worst game I've ever seen. WTH

This is more on the coaches and parents than the 15/16 year olds.... And another example of why we can't have nice things.

How about instead of trashing a longtime tradition that is loved by everyone not named Billy Smith, they suspend players and coaches that can't carry out the tradition. As for the parents, ban them from the arenas. Magically, the problem will fix itself.

Happy New Year to all our prog brethren who enjoy watching galvanized rubber being smacked around on frozen water, while goalies in transformer gear try to stop hellacious slap shots, wicked wristers, and Michigan's. All of this happens as punishing defenseman and ferocious fore checkers try to make you part of the boards. Cheers!

Nice to see my Kraken turning it around. Joey Daccord looks fantastic.
Watching him last year in the preseason, I was hopeful heíd be the #2. This year? Keep Grubauer on the bench.
The arena was electric as we dominated the Sens.

The Red Wings are undefeated in January and starting to creep back up the standings. This team has been so inconsistent this year, but hoping they can keep it up.

If Uncle Lou thinks the team needs a kick in the ass I can't think of another available coach that is more suited.

Roy is a lunatic, but yeah it may just be what the Isles need.

Rangers with a very mediocre month. Team D hasn't been so good and really only one line scoring.

11 games left for Isles vs Metro.

GM Tangram, got a nice ring to it!

A little late but about time Lambert got the axe. Initial response was happy about the change, but Patrick Roy? Then I thought about it more, and Roy is what they need. Someone to light a fire under their butts. Especially after Barzal came out and said some laziness has crept into the team. Lamarillo is still going to have to make a move for a shutdown defenseman at the deadline.

Losing the faith in this team. They are way too inconsistent.
