So we have one spot open in our standard 12 team fantasy league which I just offered to Thomas. If others are interested we could expand this league but, since it's a head to head, we would need to finish with an even number.

Our keeper league is also head to head but currently only features 8 active teams. We've wanted to expand this league for some time (with only 8 teams we end up with some pretty ridiculously good rosters) but, again, would need a minimum of two owners as we would need to finish with an even number of teams. Additionally, since these would be 'expansion' teams, they would have to accept the fact that most of the higher end players in the league will already be claimed when the draft occurs.

Several of us are in both leagues and roster management is actually pretty easy. In fact, Yahoo introduced a button last year for the real lazies (like me) that enables you to set your roster for an entire week at once.

Currently have the standard league draft set for 8:00 Central Time on Sunday, September 29th. The keeper league has a deadline of Sept. 28th to declare keepers for this year with a draft time of 8:30 Central Time on Monday, September 30th.

If you're interested in either/both leagues, send me a PM and we'll figure something out. Thanks...

I may be interested. Can you give me a brief rundown on how it works?

1 problem for me is that I’m Japan and thus usually asleep when game time lineups and decisions are made.

See I love it. Kids battling their hearts out to make the team. I like to see who has futures. Hell, I just like watching hockey of any kind

Saw my nephew, Ben Eager, at my nieces wedding last week. 10 years in the NHL and he's financially set. Just bought a hockey area in Chicago with partners. He's still in amazing shape.

I found another source for Leafs tickets this season! WOOOOHOOOOOO! I have a new boss and it turns out that his Dad has season tickets that are shared among the family. My boss gets 10 games a year and only goes to about 3 or 4. He sells the rest. He's going to give me a list of available games and the cost. I don't know what his cost is, so I'll have to see whether it's in budget but it's great to possibly have another source where I might be able to grab a couple more games.

by the way, what's the deal with Matthews and the trouble he's in?

We got our 11 game plan again for this season. Looking forward to some live hockey! Probably not playoff hockey, but at least fun hockey with this new energetic line-up!

Young guy with lots of fame and fortune and, apparently, not a lot of brains.

I just received an invitation by one of our suppliers to the Leafs/Blues game on October 7. This season is starting out pretty good for me.

For those in the PE keeper fantasy league, TODAY (Sept. 28th) is the last day to declare your keepers! Let me know if you have any questions.

You took Panarin from me so you enjoy your Kusnetsov

There are a bunch of good picks still out there dude. I wouldn't worry about it.

While i understand the need to keep it snappy, I couldn't up date my sheets fast enough as 90 seconds is too short. So I really didnt come anywhere near executing my strategy.

Birdy... back for another round of my Habs love/hate relationship?

Actually, I think we make it to the dance this year. We were the best team not to make it last year. Of course, we need that same kind of effort.. Did certain players overachieve last year or were they reaching their potential?

    Begins tonight....

I've had no problem with it (and I've used it for quite some time), though I do have AdBlock (free) installed.

Hey Yves! Yeah, really looking forward to what they can do this year. Huge potential but we'll see. I think something like 9 guys had career years last year so that will be hard to repeat, but some very positive things happening there!
