Fuck yeah!
Of course, the Isles will need to go on a two week win streak to make up for the two week losing streak!
And for god's sake: WIN @ HOME!!! The Isles are 1-5 @ home.

That trend will reverse itself when they're playing in Quebec City.
Habs winn 2 ugly ones in FLA. It's still 4 out of 4 available points though.

Yep it's all about points and we get another last night. I'm still trying to figure out where the Rangers went in the 2nd period.

I know Thomas... I do have to wonder about the Panthers though. That building was maybe 40% full last night, and half the people there were wearing Habs shirts!

2 or 3... Just look for a giant tanned beached whale wearing a Speedo, eating poutine, and cursing a blue streak!

I just threw up in my mouth a little.
What the heck is going on with Islanders...home 1 and 5 on the road 4 and 2 ?!
Its because I have not been to a game yet; which I will rectify on Monday
After that, it should be smooth sailing to the playoffs!

It must be nice to live in a hockey market where you can just buy tickets the day of the game and waltz on in. Habs tickets are VERY difficult to come by and I'd never pay face value, let alone scalper prices, to see a game. I get every Habs game on TV, in HD, for 2.49/month.

It must be nice to be in a hockey market where you are never in fear of your team moving on.
And the last season that the Isles were in the playoffs (which is more recently than the Leafs ), tix were hard to acquire, especially towards the end of the season. Isles fans are very supportive; but Milbury's madness and the years long arena debacle have wounded many.

Really enjoying the season so far . . . . . . .

Hehe... If you ever can see this movie, you'll see what happens up here when a rumour gets out that the Montreal Canadiens will be moving to a US market:

And any self-respecting fan hockey should see this movie.

The hottest selling hockey equipment item in Ottawa today - Kevlar socks! Before you know it, they'll be doing half hour infomercials for them.
Hated to hear about Karlsson. That's a huge blow. Two heavies now out of the line-up.

Phuckin' Flyers piss me off. Why TF can't they beat the goddamn Devils? EVER?!!!!

Um . . . because the Devils are good?
Devils looked like shit in the first. They come out in the second playing fire wagon hockey. Tie it up and then start playing Devils' hockey--and win by two.
Great win by the Devils and they're looking every bit like the best team in the East.
I want to dynamite your mind with love tonight.
Yeah, that Karlsson incident looks intentional. Not that he aimed to sever the man's Achilles, but he raised his skate for no other reason than to injure. I've seen it several times an I can only come to that conclusion. There's no other valid reason why he has to lift his skate off the ice in the manner that he did.
Flyers-Habs tonight. Flyers have to be my second most hated team! Habs never seem to have an answer for them!
