I've been a few of times. We even had a private corporate Christmas party there once with about 1,000 guests. It was really cool to have the entire hall to ourselves! Plus I got to walk around and see it all with a glass of wine in my hand. Somewhere I have a photo of me with the Stanley cup from that night.

It's a really cool place. I haven't been there in years, in spite of walking past it regularly. I should go again.

I'd just concern myself with getting in and trying to finish 7th overall in order to avoid the Caps.

    Goes without saying.

But...Caps in the playoffs? Not a great track record there.

Gary Bettman hopes Canadians will still watch NHL playoffs

    https://ca.sports.yahoo.com/news/gar...1824--nhl.html

Screw you Bettman! Stop putting teams in stupid cities like Las Vegas and show Canada some expansion love.

I hope your ratings take a massive dive.

I have this sinking feeling my monthly Rogers bill is going up again.

LOL! That's awesome! Jagr has certainly had an amazing career.

We were at the game on Tuesday night when rookie, Ben Smith, got his first NHL goal. It's a good thing he got that first goal out of the way on Tuesday, because last night he gave the puck a bad redirect and scored on his own net! Can you imaging if THAT had been his first goal.

He almost scored a goal this week, but it was ruled that he gloved it in. That's been the highlight of his stint as a Senator, trust me.

Sens scored three shorties against the Habs last night. Apparently, it's the first time in the 100 year history of the team that has happened. And that's with Subban on the shelf.

I didn't even watch the game. I've put a big "X" on this season and probably won't watch another game...

Well Yves, you probably wouldn't recognize 1/4 of the players on your team these days. Same as a lot of the bottom 14 teams I guess. Between injuries and trades, there are a lot of AHL'ers playing in the NHL these days. Toronto is even worse. I think I heard that they have dressed 44 different players this year.

According to the following article (link). "Only seven of the 21 players who dressed Saturday were on the Leafs roster before the Dion Phaneuf trade. That was less than six weeks ago.".

You guys might find this article interesting. It dispels the myth of parity in the NHL. Spending doesn't guarantee you will win, but if you don't outspend, you won't win. End of story.

The Canadiens rebuild is now official and it has a name - RE-HAB.

RE-HAB. What the hell happened up there? That's some collapse after their hot as hell start of season.

Rangers played a good one last night after the San Jose shit show. Good to see Nash get back on the scoresheet.

Since the Habs coach Michel Therrien will be fired at the end of the season (for a 2nd time, let's be honest... it would be shocking if he came back next September after this year's fiasco), here's a tribute to his some of his memorable hockey moments...

As a member of the defunct junior team Longueuil Chevaliers

during his first stint with the Canadiens

Therrien in 2016... his suffering is almost at an end!

If they do fire him, it'll be a complete bullshit move.

I'm pretty much in love with Shayne Gostisbehere at this point

The Philadelphia Sixers do something similar, but this takes it to a whole 'nother level. Action starts at around 0:50:
