What album do you own that no one else on PE owns?

This might prove an interesting companion to the "What album do we all own?" thread.

Name an album you own that you think possibly no other PE member has. Describe it if you wish.

    *** RULES ***

    - No concocted albums please. You must be able to provide evidence on request that the album actually exists.

    - One album per post.

    - If someone else claims to have the album you named, you may name another as soon as you wish.

    - If no one else claims your album, you may post another after six hours.

    - (at peterG's suggestion) Any album stated must have been available for purchase in the past in shops or on the net or still be currently available. Albums only available locally from the artist or from a single local shop now or in the past MAY NOT be included! ***

    -------------------------------------------------------

    I'll start with:

    Szymon - Tigersapp

Slightly folky pop reminiscent of Sufjan Stevens. Really interesting and sad story behind it, which I related in another thread.

Well its going to be tough for me to find anything that Scrotum Scissors or a couple of others don't own but I'll give it a try, I'm assuming it means no bootlegs?

Masala Dosa '77. Danish ultra-rare, melodic guitar-based post-psych progressive album recorded in '77 and released two years later on obscure label Kong Pære. A very good record, in fact.

I could probably name quite a few. They would be jazz mostly.

Early '80s fusion LP given to me by its guitarist in the early '90s when we were working at the same software company.

Good rules Bob, and I'd like to add a rider, that might seem obvious but needs to be said anyway:

Otherwise every one of us could post a huge list of such albums. For example, I could post all the cassette and CD albums my band produced in the 90s and sold and gave away locally (that said, I know that at least 2 members here have a copy of our last studio album from 96.)

For me the Darkhorses to watch out for if I have an obscure album in mind are going to be people like Spacefreak, the Dunno, Nogbad the bad, i.e. metal, hard rock, UK new wave and UK pronk.

Does the album have only one side?

Oh no, now he's imposing his rules on other people's threads!

What about out of print albums? Plenty of albums slip through that black hole, but we were able to get a hold of them before that happened. Personally, I don't think it's fair that we can't include those. The one I posted is somewhere between hard to impossible to find now, but you can hear it on YouTube. Isn't that good enough?

Being out of print does not necessarily disqualify an album.

Black Sabbath "We Sold Our Soul for Rock and Roll" test pressing is the first that comes to mind.

    Tons of Beatles bootlegs.

Maybe these don't count. (But, they do in my book).

The list of albums I have by both black and white doo-wop groups is too long to mention.
