I've been listening to Knopfler's solo albums Sailing to Philadelphia, Shangri-La and Get Lucky and think they're great! I actually like them better than any of the Dire Straits albums. What do you think about Mark Knopfler's solo work? And what is his best albums?
Sailing to Philadelphia.
Probably Sailing, but his album with Chet Atkins shortly before CA died, is guitar magic imo.
