    Harmonia Box set

Much like the Neu! box set...

"Harmonia "Complete Works", a 5-lp vinyl box set, will be released by Groenland Records on 21 October 2015. Dieter Moebius, Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Michael Rother have contributed archival material to this unique project featuring all of their original albums plus the new release "Documents 1975", an album of previously unreleased archival recordings by Harmonia.

Harmonia´s official website offers a selection of photos from the 36-page picture book which is included in the box set, an essay by Geeta Dayal and more information on the band´s history as well as a link to the online shop of Groenland Records where the box set can be ordered."

Jesus Christ. I spent oodles of time & money collecting all this stuff on vinyl back in 1974, then again tracking down the CDs when they were issued in the early 2000s. I am *not* inclined to collect them again on vinyl -- despite the cool bonus tracks. That ship has sailed.

We have been offered - and pre ordered - the Documents 75 CD as a separate, stand-alone release.

Same for me but the pop-up is so COOL, and there's the 36-page booklet, and bonus tracks, and... Now, I'm tempted...
But for completists they should also have included the alternate cover of the 1st (1980) reissue on Rock On Brain re-named DINO.

Is "Documents 75" the CD equivalent of the 5-LP set, or is it a single CD containing just the previously unreleased selections on the new vinyl box?

that's the deal ... you sucker vinyl nazis/hipsters (choose your style ) into an expensive 5 disc boxset... or you propose the normal CD buyers the stuff never yet issued

Still won't get it though... got all the Harmonia I need.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

Have you heard an more about this, Steve?

Seems to be cassette only at the moment. A CD would be nice!

it IS, indeed, cassette only. It was listed from a supplier as a CD, but it was a cassette. Ugh.

So, I am sorry, but it is cassette only at this time or as vinyl ONLY as part of the box. Ugh.

To further limit audience and sales may I suggest a 8-track cartridge version only ? Or Elcaset (only) maybe ?
