so, my Pink Floyd experts... has anyone ever heard (or posses) a copy of Seabirds without the dialog?
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
1974, and it's been officially released now...albeit across three separate releases. I don't understand why those Wembley recordings weren't given a stand-alone release.
They were good performances and the only live multi-track of the band at their 70s commercial peak.
That's not the link you want. Use this one.

The alphabetical directory is here.
I've never had any issue with the streams or files. Everything is low bit rate, though.

^Indeed. Typical industry tactics, sadly.
Cruel But Fair is one. Master Stroke is another.
For anyone wanting to hear some of these, spend some time on this podcast site. There's usually a few minutes of other material before a show, but then you get the show in full.

I would imagine the management/band are aware of this site because The Man and The Journey was taken down at their request- it was officially released a while back, after all. But everything else has been left alone.
I have a CD boot of this show, which has a different track list than the one in the original link you were replying to, but the same songs (just different order). So not the full set. Always loved it, so not sure I WANT to hear the full set now, lol.
Edit: Actually, THIS is what I have:

seems to be difference in track times, odd that

^It's a different show altogether, from Pepperland the previous year (1970).
San Diego 1971 sadly doesn't seem to exist in full.
Yeah, sorry about posting the wrong set list. That's how it was listed on Sugarmegs, which is not 100% reliable.

^The funny thing is, the set is very similar. But I think 'Astronomy Domine' had been shelved by 1971.
The San Diego show is great quality for an audience recording.
The last one I listened to was the infamous 'yeeshkul' one from Maple Leaf Gardens, 1973. What makes this particularly interesting is the 'Obscured By Clouds'/'When You're In' medley...some longer solos in this, the tracks are much longer than they are on the album, and it works really well as a sort of instrumental mini-suite. That album didn't really last in their set-lists.
Really, once you get past 1972, there's not much material that did last long in their sets. On the 1974 tours, they did Echoes, One Of These Days (on the French dates), Dark Side Of The Moon, and the new material.
In 1977, they played Wish You Were Here and Animals in their entirety, plus an encore of Money and/or Us And Them, exactly once they did Careful With That Axe Eugene and then there was the blues jam in Montreal.
1980 and 1981, well, it was just The Wall.
I've got the early 70's BBC/Harvested boots and a fairly bad DSOTM boot (where they sound like a blues band), but I'd be on the lookout for 73 to 78 shows.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.
That Oakland 1977 one probably could come out, a very clear recording of a period not multi-tracked, although it's a pity about those thumping noises at the beginning of WYWH. 'Pigs' has that immense rock-out finish with Gilmour tearing it up...the best version I've heard, the others I've heard on this tour aren't as strong.
Some of the early 70s audience/soundboard recordings seem to suffer from tape degradation, too. I guess something that comes from using 'ordinary' cassettes?
I may not be remembering right, but I think I've got a Boston show from the Dark Side tour that's fantastic.
^There could be one from earlier but the famous one is Boston Gardens, 1975. This still has 'You Gotta Be Crazy' and 'Raving And Drooling' in the set, but also a medley of 'Shine On...'/'Have A Cigar' (WYWH hadn't come out at that point). Then the 2nd set with DSOTM in full with 'Echoes' as the encore.
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart
You can play a load of shows on that podcast site I linked to a while back. Literally just press play.

I think for me the earlier LA Sports Arena show has the slight edge in recording and performance. And you get Waters bellowing from the stage at 'people in yellow shirts'- apparently there was a very heavy police presence at that show.
Well, it's probably arena security staff he's talking to, but yeah, it's been said the LAPD set up a huge sting and arrested lots of people outside the LA shows. I've heard it suggested that the shots outside the show during the intro of In The Flesh?, in The Wall movie, were inspired by what happened in LA in 75.
