The ongoing Trilogy fiasco

I believe the announcement for the ELP - Trilogy Deluxe Edition (3 disc with a 5.1 mix) was made last Summer.
Originally, it was supposed to come out in the Fall (October, I believe). Then it was moved to February. Then to late March. Then to mid-May.
The ship out date on the ELP site was yesterday. I bought it through that site because the price was 17.99.
Now I see it on Amazon for 13.99! The Amazon ship date is 6-30 though.
Is anyone else tiring of the continual delays?

There's an alternate version of "From the Beginning" which actually appears to be the same track with just a different Moog solo, and the remix of "Living Sin" has some bits included that were edited out of the original.
