I found this after I saw the track listing on the Tower Records website and ran it through Google Translate. Some of the translations are pretty amusing! Check them out:

Has anyone tried to buy the DVD/2 CD version of this from Amazon US? It doesn't exist. Even using the link from YesWorld, it takes you to Amazon's listing for the blu ray and vinyl editions.

Burning Shed only shows a 2 CD/1 DVD package.
Saw that and will probably end up ordering it from them. Just really curious why it doesn't exist on Amazon (where I can buy it with one click because I'm a lazy slob).
This IS confusing...I pre-ordered it but yet if I click on the item in my order history it shows unavailable. So I ordered the Blu-Ray because...well, because I was at the show and I want to see the darn thing in all of its Blu-Ray glory.

Maybe it got better as the tour went on, but based on the NYC show, that sounds about right.
And the vinyl version doesn't come out until August. I hate staggered releases.
