Isn't he the first Renaissance member to part company (Keith Relf excepted, naturally)?
Michael Dunford left us in 2012.

Who were you referring to? If me, I lived in Yonkers, NY from 1969 to the early 80's (with college in Arizona in the late 70's). (The concert Renaissance played was at my HS in Westchester Co.)

I saw quite a few shows in NJ too. (Loved Sandy Hook for the beach time.) And my wife is from the Morristown area.

Anybody know who old he became? Can't seem to find that much biographical info about him. Would love to have a bit more info so I can write a nice piece for our Xymphonia website / radioshow.

    Wow.

I hope his talent is now properly recognized with his passing. He certainly deserved more when alive. I absolutely loved his playing.
I've got a bike you can ride it if you like

I suppose these guys were post-70's Renaissance members, because I've never heard of their names.

RIP as well, while I'm at it.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

Mick Parsons replaced Dunford as guitarist in 1972 (so Dunford could concentrate on writing) prior to "Prologue" but was soon killed in a car crash before the album was recorded. Farrell was a bassist for a few months in 1971. Rudd played keyboards for a couple of years in the 80's.

Wow, Relf wasn't the first deceased Renaissance man!!

As for Farrell, I guess it was the group that finished the Illusion album (and toured Germany)
