Fair to say those of us who kicked in $'s up front to help with this project will see this arrive on the 14th of July?

July is nearly over & no word of an impending release. Anyone have an update?

Good question.
I could be wrong but methinks 14 July has already come and gone.
Honestly, I didn't believe the album would be released on that date the first place. Knowing Frank a bit he would have come up with an update first.
I'm still hopefull this will see the light of day some day, but am more concerned about his health than losing my $$.
Ah, we all missed this update on July 9th.
Some new "old" music, and an end in sight
The mixes for the Perelandra Symphony are completed now and only Fred's Song remains for the completion of Zeitgeist. I can't express the gratitude I have for all the patience you have shown while waiting for this project to be completed! I am writing the lyrics now, so I expect Stan will be singing them in a couple weeks...but I still don't want to make any promises about the release date. It's just too easy for things to go awry. I just found another project I started about two decades ago and decided I would put it on the site. I had started roughing out a solo project called The Physics of the Heart about twenty years ago. I did sketches of the first four tracks in Logic, using some midi instruments and my saxophones. In a search for a bass part I lost recently, I stumbled upon these four forgotten pieces and decided to add them here in my "archive". They are a bit rough, but do capture the essence of the project, which I was creating from impressions of my daughters as they became young women, children no more. I hope you enjoy these tracks, and again, thank you all so much for the support.
Frank
^^Thanks. Apparently there's something not going well with the email-alert for these updates, maybe because of the switch to the new site https://frankwyattmusic.com/home some time ago.
The Physics Of The Heart can be listen to and bought on https://frankwyattmusic.com/the-physics-of-the-heart
Thanks! The update is appreciated. Hopefully Frank is doing well...

A new update (which this time also came in as an email): https://frankwyattmusic.com/home/blo...-available-now
Hmmm...I am a supporter and did not get an email (as I used to)...I sure hope his system "remembers" who paid up when the time comes to send off copies. I cannot remember the last time I got an email update.
And is this really an "update?" It seems to be an invitation to sign up for a different service, not an update on the project.
Am I missing something?
Sad post from Frank on Facebook today:
"Selling my LA Sax Zebra striped Happy The Man saxophones. Much as I hate to do it, I must sell the Baritone and Alto saxes to raise some money (hate that stuff!). Message me if seriously interested."
It's a Good Thing I Don't Have Super Brain Powers Or You'd All Be In A Thousand Little Pieces Right Now (Forever Einstein).
It's possible Frank was testing the switch to the new system and choose my email, which might explain no one else has theirs yet.
And you're right, this isn't an update on the project. The last one was the one posted in #230 from July.
B.t.w. Frank is "doing as good as possible".
^^^ That's honestly still my main interest/concern
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Also, Ephemeral Sun: it's a thing and we like making things that might be your thing: https://ephemeralsun.bandcamp.com
"Thoughts and prayers," people. Send Frank your thoughts and prayers.
It's almost done. Working on the last track Going to get Mike Beck out here from Indiana some way to do the percussion. The cover art is being painted by Michael Phipps as we speak...so sorry I missed another date, timing is elusive on this for me. I am a fully vaporous character at this point!
Thank you all for bearing with me.
Frank
Not to worry....I have all the Kickstarter supporters' lists safely in hand, and backed up in many places.

I remember in the early days of the Happy The Fan forum we discussed which drummer we liked the best. I happened to love Ron Riddle, while the moderator had a stronger feeling for Mike Beck's work. In the years after that I learned to know that both drummers suited the style Happy The Man was performing on two very different albums. It will be great to hear them both on the Zeitgeist project. Also great to see you've given all the musicians a picture: https://frankwyattmusic.com/the-project-musicians
