I don't have any Q or X, and only one U (U2).
However, a previous post reminded me that I once had (maybe still have) a cassette of 'Sequences' by Bernard Xolotl and Cyrille Verdeaux.

As for the "small" letters:
X- XTC and Xaal
Q- Qntal, Quantum Jump, Quazi (great jazz-rockers), Queen, Queensrÿche, Qui (Japanese jazz-rockers), Quidam (both French and Polish)
What about when Prince temporarily changed his name to some unpronounceable symbol? I think he released one, or at most two, albums under that moniker.
Music journalists or anyone else trying to refer to the person behind the albums had a real headache. I don't think anyone had access to a font containing the symbol. Writers seemed divided over whether the use "AFKAP" or just "Symbol".

Anyway, I can't imagine anyone's record collection having too many entries under that.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
Lots of D's - DFA, DAAU, Dawn Of Midi, Dead Can Dance, Decemberists, Decibel, Deep Purple, Deus Ex Machina, Devo, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Diagonal, Different Skies, Dire Straits, Discipline, Dissonati, Dixie Dregs, Djam Kharet, Dr Nerve, The Doors, Dream Thater, Dzyan

Bit of fun, how about band names that don't yet exsits but that should use symbols where possible:
I wish I had the infinity symbol on my keyboard, but I haven't, that'd be great for a band to use just that.
: & x = Colon and Cross
* --> = Star Arrow
/ = Slash
/ # = Slash Hash
€€€ = The Euros
§ . = Parapoint
I've only got 2 Xs: X-Legged Sally and XTC.
6 numbers: 10,000 Maniacs, 10cc, 2nu, 3, 38 Special, 5uus.
I was kind of surprised that my least populous letter (other than "X") was "I": Idle Race, INXS, Donnie Iris. If I hadn't bought an album by a band called "I Know You Well Miss Clara" at ProgDay a couple years ago, my "I" section would qualify for 3 or under.
Z's I got plenty of: Frank Zappa, Dweezil Zappa, Z, Riccardo Zappa, Robin Zander, Zamla Mammas Mana, Zapotec, Zevious and Zombie Frogs.
I've even got more Qs and Us than Is. Wouldn't have expected a vowel to be so under-populated.
I don't have many 'L'
