The sound on that clip reminds me of Contagion, my favourite Arena album so looking forward to this. Is there a deluxe edition with bonus tracks?

Yes, me. I already have my ticket to see them in April.
I sure hope the new album's better than the last one, which I didn't like at all. It was as if they removed everything that was prog in their music, leaving only melodic metal.
    Not just a Genesis fanboy.

I had to deliver something to Clive Nolan's house a few weeks back, and he kindly played me the first two songs - so, this one and the next one. The second one is completely different; much slower with a moody guitar solo. Clive also told me that he was more excited about this album than any they've done since The Visitor.

I should see them on Thursday and maybe on Saturday.

I LOVE the current vocalist. He's pretty much my favorite, after the original guy, who was great.

now that track sounds like Arena!

Last cd didn't even sound like them... I agree with the melodic metal statement... it lacked the prog

well my preordered copy arrived a couple of days ago, i have only listen to it 1 time from start to finish yet,so its to early to have a real opinion, but my initial toughts are that it is a good arena record,it sounds like a mixture between seventh degree and contagion. and i find it interesting enough to give it far more listens. so i shall return when i have listen to it more

I haven't preordered, so if anyone feels like posting their review or thoughts about the album, I'm interested.
    Song times welcome as well!

I'm hoping against this. Those are my 2 least favorite Arena albums.

Not as good as Contagion but so much better than Seventh Degree.John Mitchell shines on this record like never before. The title track is gorgeous! Rating 7/10.

I'm surprised how little regarded Seventh Degree is here. I thought the songwriting took a step up, and I thought Paul Manzi's vocal delivery was great. I also thought the lyrics were good, but I think you had to think about them a bit more. For instance the song One Last Au Revoir is about OCD, but I think some people didn't get that.

Its not that Seventh Degree was all that bad.. it just didn't sound like Arena... too much hard rock and very little prog.

now "The Demon Strikes" sounds like Arena!! :-)
