Going back to that list I put up, there's some on the lower reaches I've never heard of: George Strait? B'z? Alabama?

bon jovi, ac/dc, van halen, grateful dead, springsteen
At least two of those are country acts- not a style that has crossed over here apart from the 'countrypolitan' stuff and icons like Johnny Cash. Actually I'm not sure I've ever knowingly heard a track by Garth Brooks, impossible as that sounds. Earlier country, I know better.
many I've never heard of & too many I have heard of to name
You’ve never heard of Alabama? They were the biggest “country” act of the 80s, though they were really more country-flavoured 80s pop-rock. Think Toto with a Southern twang. George Strait is another country singer. B’z? I know B’zz, a hard rock band formerly known as The Boyzz, but as far as I know they only ever recorded two albums; and neither was a big hit.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883...
^^ I imagine Alabama to be a bit like Kansas, except more Southern.
Among countless others...
Elvis Presley
Johnny Cash
Bob Dylan
Janis Joplin
The Rotting Bones (er...Rolling Stones)
Motorhead
AC/DC
Bruce Springsteen
R.E.M.
Nirvana

I don't own any Beatles either
Or The Who, The Kinks, any of the crap on the radio today such as Maroon 5 or the cheerleader pop divas or anything rap
I don't have Beyoncé either and if Kanye West tries to tell me she should be in my record collection because she is the best singer in the world, I am taking him to the floor...
"Alienated-so alien I go!"
Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, Santana, Kiss....
...but I'll name a few anyway.
Madonna
Carrie Undergood
Bonjovi
Bruce Springsteen
Tim McGraw
Katy Perry
Rihanna
Brittany Spears
Beyonce
name any HUGE rap or hiphop artist - I have nothing by them
The Who
CCR
David Bowie
Toby Keith
Arcade Fire (don't mind watching them 'live'/that female singer is ddg)
That list makes replying to this thread easier, so thanks! Out of it, the only bands/artists I currently have anything by are:
The Beatles
Elton John
Led Zeppelin
Queen
Genesis
I used to have Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and "Off the Wall" when I had a vinyl collection, but never restocked on CD.
Queen and Led Zeppelin are the only two I've ever seen live.
Milli Vanilli
Blue Vino
I live in an ephemeral eternity
Anything rap or hip-hop (is there a difference? never mind, I don't care).
