I think Nogbad's advice is sound, but if you stop there you'll be missing out on A LOT of mindblowing stuff... instrumentally the music is great, (if you steer clear of Unconditionally Guaranteed and Bluejeans and Moonbeams). His use of language (written and as sound) is unique and can provide a myriad of ways to get a good buzz on. It's also nice to hear how he's influenced bands like Deerhoof, Blast and Brown vs. Brown and early XTC. (weird... didn't see Triscuits warning until after posting...anyway he's right).
