Godless is terribly slow. Trying to figure out if I want to keep with it or not.

I liked Godless for the most part. It had a great build up, but I found the ending very unfulfilling.

My wife has been going through all the episodes of "24". Has any actor ever spent more time shouting than Kiefer Sutherland?

    Exactly!

I thoroughly enjoyed the first season. By the end of the 2nd season I was done with it. Part of my decision was based on Keifer's obsession with yelling.

I think he blew his voice out. Have you seen him on Designated Survivor?

Another show that I've been watching back episodes of is FX's Better Things, created by its star Pamela Adlon & the now shamed Louis CK. I think it's hilarious.

Sample dialogue: "I'd rather show you my pussy than talk about my divorce", reply- "I guess that would be an acceptable substitute".

That is exactly why I could never watch that show after just a few episodes. It got to be comical.

...and I binged it in two days. Wow, it was intriguing for the first few episodes, but got fantastic in the last few. The penultimate episode was pretty intense and amazing.

Just finished watching all 10 episodes of MAKING A MURDERER on Netflix. I know it's been around a couple of years and may have been discussed here already. Regardless, I'm in total disbelief at the outcome of this amazing documentary. I knew absolutely nothing about this case, maybe GEEZER was better acquainted as it's set in his neck of the woods. I have followed up on the events currently unfolding

Black Mirror: Season 4: Episode 6: Black Museum.

I think this show has hit a high-water mark with this episode! I thought it was brilliant!

I watched it last night, too. Looks very promising, with a Fringe-like vibe. JK Simmons, as always, was excellent. A lot of mystery and things left unexplained that leave you eager for the next episode.

It sounds very interesting from what I've heard/read. I love JK Simmons, and the show's premise is right up my alley. I'll have to check this one out.

Totally agree man. This was a great episode and my favorite of the 6. All in all this was a fun season. I didn't really care too much for episode 2 with the mom who sees what her daughter does, but other than that...well done!

I'm going to have to figure out where the hell the Paramount Network is on my TV. They've got a 6 part miniseries starting Wednesday the 24th called Waco, and it looks like a don't miss it event. Lead actor is a ringer for Koresh. See some promo here:

I will definitely be watching that too. Hopefully it will educate those who view Koresh as some kind of anti-govt rebel hero. He was a pedophile who used this end of the world biblical cult as an excuse to fornicate with as many women as possible, including underage teen girls.

Also started watching another new real crime drama miniseries on FX, the murder rampage of Cunanan who killed Versace.
