March? I thought they only released albums every even- numbered month?

I kinda laughed at the "it's our most progressive album ever!" claim - I did not think GH had more space to work with in that direction!

    Samples sound great.

It does sound very good! I love the old-timey-ness of the album artwork too. Makes it feel like almost a long-lost prog record from the 70's.

That's actually a quote from Bob Katz of Digital Domain. He thinks there's more jazz influences creeping into our work, which to him, makes it more progressive than previous GH albums. Just one man's opinion.

Is the title a Wheel of Time reference?

I think it is but we didn't get it from that. If anything it goes back to Tolkien (go figure), and probably further. Ask Steve

    Nothing wrong with that.

The samples have me very excited to hear the full album when it comes out. Been following you guys for a little over 10 years now, and your music has given me a lot of enjoyment over that time.

Nice! I also second the compliments on the artwork - Really stands out - fantastic looking cover.

Saw this on GH's FB page a couple days ago.
I think I'll like this more than the previous one.
Listened to the trailers of the new and the previous one back to back and thought that the new one sounds better even judging from these bits. Should admit though, that the "Ode To Echo" trailer was fine, but I didn't dig the album as much.
It seems that the new one has more of a keyboard style that I like, it also sounds more crystal clear. I would even say it sounds more lush and symphonic, but that's only judging from the trailer.

Wow, that sounded really nice......looking forward to getting this.

Nice. Let me know where to order. A vinyl release also? One can only hope

Perilous was released on vinyl after much clamoring but didn't really sell that well compared to other formats... if you guys can prove you'll buy it we'd happily do it. Kickstarter maybe?

If you make it, they will buy it. Ipso facto: if you make it, they'll buy it.

    There, I proved it.

That's the label that handled our vinyl issue of Perilous. If you want vinyl - let them know and perhaps they'll do a run.

Nice stuff. I'm looking forward to the CD. I hear some Gentle Giant influences in places, just like on Ode to Echo.

I assume I will be able to add to my Glass Hammer t-shirt collection?

That's the plan! We haven't seen the shirt design yet but it's on the way.

The clips sound absolutely fantastic. From the first seconds, I was impressed. Sounds like a great combination of outdoorsiness, complexity and beauty. (My favorite combination)
