    Alan's list reminded me that not only did I see "Lonesome" Dave Peverett (w/Savoy Brown on the Raw Sienna tour in 1970), but a friend of mine and I took Dave & Roger Earl fishing & toking on a Maine lake for about 4 hours when they played in Lewiston, where I was living & playing.

    bastard. I saw him on what I think was his last big tour, 1990 I think, but he could still bring it.

    However, just saw McCartney at age 70 a month ago and it just blew me away.
