    eBay Italian prog rock listings

I've put a number of my Italian prog CDs on eBay. Presently, there are some less common PFM releases listed, along with some Banco, J.E.T., Alphataurus, and Alusa Fallax.

    Thanks.

why do you put US Seller on your listings? Do you think it helps?

Good question! I think that it might help in selling to the US market. A lot of Italian prog on eBay is sold by Italian or other European sellers and international shipping has gotten ridiculously expensive in recent years. I've guessed (probably incorrectly!) that there is still a US market for these Italian prog releases that would appreciate reasonable media or first-class shipping rates.

My experience is that physical media like CDs are becoming very inexpensive on re-sell (i.e., well under $10 per CD, at best) except for the more esoteric or rare stuff, particularly where there's a gimmick to it (like the shaped Banco mini-LP sleeve releases from BMG Japan of a few years ago) or something that's been OOP for a long time and not readily available by other digital downloads, like from Amazon or iTunes.

    New titles added

I've added a bunch of Italian prog mini-LP sleeves and digipaks to my listings on eBay:

    More Italian Prog titles added

I've added about 25 more CDs to my eBay listings. These are all Italian prog-related titles, although a couple are from prog artists who have moved to different styles (e.g., Gianni Nocenzi) or from artists who hadn't yet discovered prog (e.g., I Quelli).

Some excellent titles here folks. Any Banco fan who doesn't have Seguendo Le Tracce, that one is a must-have!

I've added 20 more CDs to my eBay listings, mostly Japanese paper sleeves of late 1970s-early 80s Banco and 1980s-90s PFM. I appreciate that this wasn't necessarily their seminal periods of productivity, but there's some interesting material in the mix.

I've added my last bunch of Italian prog CDs to my eBay listings, covering groups like Latte e Miele, Delirium, RRR, and Metamorfosi.

I've relisted pretty much all of my remaining Italian prog CDs. Most of these are late period PFM, some Banco, related releases from members of these two groups, and a few other items including some concert DVDs (in European PAL format). I've reduced the "Buy It Now" prices for everything and will consider reasonable "Best Offers".
