White Willow - Storm Season reissue out now

It's here. Remastered, revamped. Out on Termo Records, available from the label shop:
    http://termo.myshopify.com/collectio...panded-edition

    Or iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/no/album/st...on/id948076224

Or quality vendors like The Laser's Edge and Wayside.

And because I don't want to spam PE with biased, self-congratulatory exclamations, I'm even offering pre-emptive criticism:

"That new cover isn't half as good as the original. What was wrong with the original??"

"Boy, it's a good thing they moved on from those demos. I hate it when they ruin a perfectly good album with sub-par bonus material."

"They weren't half as good as Dream Theater. And female vocals are so gay."

"I'll pass. Prog died in 1974."

    Sweet. Also, lollers @ ^.

This might be my favourite album by White Willow. They're all so different, though, so good thing I don't have to actually choose.

rcarlberg: Is there anything sadder than a song that has never been played?
Plasmatopia: Maybe a song in D minor that has never been played?

bob_32_116: That would be a terrific triple bill: Cyan, Magenta and Yello.

trurl: The Odyssey: "He's trying to get home."

Oh snap....pre-emptive criticism. Gonna have to remember that next time ES chokes out another platter

    Thanks for the heads up!
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

I once said I thought this was prog metal on another forum and got my head bitten off for saying that. If it's not prog metal then it's very close. Very good album regardless.

My favorite WW, but not favorite enough to buy a reissue.

I may be in the minority here, but I rarely, if ever, buy reissues unless I don't have the original.
Duncan's going to make a Horns Emoticon!!!

Great disc. Love the overall sound, and it flows very well.

I get where you're coming from, I'm the same way. Granted, with this you get drastically improved sound, the story of the album and some bonus cuts. But still, the whole reissue series was done for one simple reason: The originals have been OOP for many, many years, and people have regularly complained to us that they want the albums but can't find them (except for on ebay at occasionally silly prices). Now they can

Does the reissue show the original cover art in the booklet?

I can only find the original version on Laser's Edge website. Nothing said about remaster. Maybe they didn't receive it yet.

Sorry Ken. I must be blind. I still don't see where it says it is the remastered version.
