    Water cooling can theoretically improve system performance. More effective cooling can allow more stable overclocking. But as they say, individual results may vary.

    Water cooling by itself won't improve performance. But it might allow higher operating speeds which would.

    What I said, just using more straightforward terminology. Bottom line: the more effective the cooling, the less prone the system will be to crash, when the processor is pushed beyond its design limits.
