Awaken is credited to Anderson/Howe. According to the liners in the expanded edition Moraz's ideas were rejected and he was fired in favor of the return of Wakeman.

Rick (L) got me hooked on Koppel Symphony No. 4....a Danish composer who fled the Nazis during the war and lived until 1998. This piece was written in 1946 and is three movements. I need to explore more of his stuff but I'm stuck on his 4th on repeat mode. I'd say this a must-listen.
If it isn't Krautrock, it's krap.

Yup. Glad you are digging it. Amazing piece. He's definitely got some other killer stuff.

Trivia: Herman D. Koppel's sons became the driving members of Savage Rose (with Anisette).

I would also highly recommend Villa-Lobos' cycle of 12 Choros.

I just bought a version from Naxos that was quite different from what I've heard it before
