Thanks, Frank! I'm gonna see what they've got. I've been playing Mahler 3 all weekend trying to get more familiar with this one. I'm listening to Tennstedt / London Philharmonic.
Just read a biography of the Andriessen family and discovered this.

Ah yes, Stravinsky and the Concertgebouworkest. Sadly the coronavirus has put paid to any public gatherings here in the Netherlands until September. I had been hoping to get tickets for an absolute humdinger of a show by the Concertgebouworkest and the National Ballet in June: Firebird and Petrushka and Rite of Spring.

Jamming some Axel Borup-Jorgensen - Orchestral Works
I was listening to John Fernstrom's String Quartet 5 and really enjoyed it...but no sign of it on Youtube, so here's a movement from #7. I'm not a big fan of chamber music in general, but I'm thinking I'll eventually be adding all of Fernstrom's stuff to my collection (I already have one or two CD's of symphonies). --Peter
Currently listening to Jianer Zhu - Symphony 1.
