Veryshortshorts - Italian band who did two very good albums in 2010 and 2011. Both available for free download on bandcamp https://veryshortshorts.bandcamp.com...bank-robberies

Julverne are my favorite ensemble. I've never heard anyone quite like them... particularly their last release. Sometimes they sound jazzy....but more so along the lines of modern Chamber Music.

Didier Lockwood is all over this more obscure one:
    HuGo
..:: Right, bring in the perverts! ::..
"Very, very nice," said a man in the crowd,
    When the golden voice appeared.
She was gold alright, but then so is rust.
"Such a shame about the beard."

No new music planned, but Ozone Quartet has recently put their catalog on bandcamp: https://ozonequartet.bandcamp.com/

Just spinned my CDr compilation of DW's Wolf.
If memory serves it was its first spin since I burned the CDr (circa 2003, when I crammed the best of three albums into 78 mins) and it will probably be my only one (though I did spin it twice)

The whole thing is acceptable (nothing to write home about, but there is one epic fail: I'm horrified by the cheesy synth sounds DW chose.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

Sorry I thought Wolf was enough to give it away.

    Rini

Check out Rini. She and her band are great. She played on a few tracks from my band's upcoming second album.

It was really cool with Rini trading licks with the guitarist. Her vocals are really nice too. I can see why you picked it. What style of music do you play?
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound.

    Not for me. :-)
Although I'm an electric violinist myself, I'm pretty ignorant of what is out there. So I'm very happy about this thread for some inspiration.

Sintesis S/T Argentinian Prog from 1976. Quite obscure. I like the tone of the violin on this.

I did a quick check on previous pages and didn't see Ayasa mentioned. Not exactly fusion, but a killer player with great tone. She plays a wide range of styles, rock, metal, folk, etc.
