I saw his band open for King Crimson some years ago. Just painfully unbelievably loud, I didn’t know live music could be like this, we had to go to the upstairs lobby to escape it. Still, yeah, JPJ, excellent musician!
Saw him at SXSW one year and then again when he opened for King Crimson. Glad he's still doing it. I wish he'd put out a new album. I've always regarded him as Led Zeppelin's Swiss Army knife/secret weapon.
