Overall worth it, although some songs on the 4 cd set are repeated even 3 times from different gigs. In fairness, there are quite a few more than subtle changes to arrangements that I personally like just because they're different. YMMV.
I haven't watched the dvd yet (did listen to all the music from it on the audio version disc).
Worth the price of admission for me is the 24 minute Scheherazade that is killer!
I think I'm finished buying Renaissance music. I counted and have at least 9 different versions of "Ashes Are Burning".

"please do not understand me too quickly"-andre gide
Neal Morse, Testimony........ all of it!
One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite albums.
Bill Frisell - That Was Then from Good Dog Happy Man
This live version does not have the detail and interplay, but makes up for it with sheer awesome.

“A Man Who Does Not Read Has No Appreciable Advantage Over the Man Who Cannot Read” - Mark Twain
Michael Mantler - Something There
Interesting band, for sure. Mantler, Carla Bley, Steve Swallow, Mike Stern, Nick Mason, and the strings of the London Symphony.
XTC - I Remember The Sun from The Big Express

This sounds like something I would love to hear. With the demise of record stores, I fear I shall never find it. Where did you get it, if I may ask?Originally Posted by progeezer

You can also order it directly from Angel Air: http://www.angelair.co.uk/?tcp_produ...more-west-1970
Thanks, but I'm not an amazon fan (excepting the tall warrior ladies of the same name, they're hot). I'll try anywhere else first.
