    Buffy St. Marie - Illuminations

It's as strange as it's reputation has it. I bought it years ago when I heard most of the instrumentation is electronic - definitely novel for 1969. Listened to it once; figured it's time to give it another spin. Her voice takes some getting used to.

Ravel Piano Concerto (Krystian Zimerman , Cleveland Orchestra, Pierre Boulez)

Another great recording that I've just now 'removed the dust' from it and giving it a great spin right now, thanks to that Debussy thread hahah.. Zimerman is one of my favourite Chopin pianists, a helluva player!

This piece by Jorginho do Pandeiro & Cristóvāo Bastos is amongst the very best Choro compositions I've ever heard, just awesome!
They formed a group called Época de Ouro.
