The Who-Hull 1970 and My Generation (original mono mix)

I'm playing the crap out of both of these recent acquisitions...

Hull is a standalone release of the second show that was included in that ultra deluxe Leeds box from a couple of years ago. Apparently they swapped in bass fom some of the Leeds set for tracks that were missing bass, but you'd never know by listening. The Tommy set sounds significantly better than the one on Leeds.

There's also a new bare bones CD of the mono My Generation. I all ready had the stereo remix package from 2002, but it almost sounds too good for me and some tracks are missing overdubs. The mono mix slams and it SOUNDS like the sixties.

I wasnt aware of this new My Generation cd. Ordered. Looking forward to hearing this in glorious mono!
