It was the 55th flight, although only the fourth with a rocket propulsion. It doesn't appear that it's necessarily an issue of flawed design. More like a malfunction.Originally Posted by JKL2000

It seems like there are a lot of places where a malfunction could occur. To me it seems crazy to risk peoples lives on test flights for a vehicle designed for recreation.
