That's great news. You could probably fit Felicite Thosz (32 minutes), Riah Sahiltaahk (24 minutes), and Slag Tanz (presumably 18-20 minutes or so) on 1 CD.

Nobody can prove that he is. It has been discussed a million times since the 70'ties. All stories are rumours or based on 2. hand, 3. hand circumstances or konspiratoric interpretation of symbols and kobaian. Nothing can be verified or documented with real evidence.
Vander will probably never go into the debate, and he is the only one who knows.
And as I have stated earlier in this thread, look at his life - gypsy dad, with a jewish wife, jewish daughter, black friends, black music, jewish musicians, and 'entartete' music - he would be a lousy nazi.
He (or Magma or Offering or the jazz trio) has (as far as I know) never been embraced by nazies anywhere.

I'm sure he is crazy somehow, and a genius artist, and I'm pretty sure he must have said many strange things during time, but a discussion thread about this will lead nowhere.
Agreed. It's a really dicey issue. When the allegations got pretty severe a few years ago (after Borghi quit Magma), I decided to not listen to them based on repeated, and admittedly circumstantial and apocryphal, evidence. After I second guessed myself and started a thread, and despite every effort to keep it as civil and cordial as possible, I had a few people call me a "fucking idiot" for listening to internet rumors. [shrug]

As it stands, I did decide to listen to them again, but it's a topic that gets people's passions inflamed.

As it should be. Only being a Kenny G fan is worse than being a Nazi. Well, except maybe being a member of the KKK, or perhaps being a child molester. Or a murderer.

Sweet. The beginning of 2015 is looking pretty darn good already.
Please don't ask questions, just use google.

Never let good music get in the way of making a profit.

I like the live sounding stripped down production.
no tunes, no dynamics, no nosebone

If this is coming out on vinyl, is there only one piece on it - cut halfways? Or does it contain that other release on side B?

Almost 25 minutes! Maybe there will be one of those stickers on the front saying "Includes 'Ün Zoïn Glaö' and 'Mem Loïlë' !"

I dunno, but isn't "Ïss Walomëhn Dëm" the Herbie Hancock standard?

More like a Skip James cover.

It's rather short, but damn does it sound amazing on wax. Jazz Village really did a great job with these new issues (E-Re and KA as well). Great packaging to match the production.

Do you think the production is a bit crisper and ballsier than most of the stuff they've been putting out, since, well, you know..?

I do of course want to hear this.
